One Nation NUS
Our student movement risks leaving millions without the representation they want and deserve. We have an NUS that is often too inwards looking, focussing on issues that don’t resonate with the majority of our membership. I’m fed up of us fighting ourselves; excluding people we don’t think we agree with, and forgetting that the vast amount of members are simply not engaged.
I fundamentally believe that united, we are stronger. We need every voice to be heard; Sabbatical Officer and student, HE and FE, full time and part time. Then we as 7 million can truly join together for the benefit of everyone.
We see unity in our sports teams and societies. We see it on our campuses. This is what NUS needs.
